1. RSSDI: Determination of the diagnostic/ prognostic significance of CaMKK2 in postmenopausal diabetic osteoporosis patients treated with Pioglitazone (thiazolidinedione), Dapagliflozin (SGLT2 inhibitor).
2. ESTN: "Molecular Diagnosis of TCF7L2 gene Polymorphisms and insulin dependency in T2DM patients of south Indian Population."

3. Incidence of TCF7, TCF7L2 polymorphisms in the type 1 diabetes patient population of south Tamil Nadu, India.
4. Molecular Diagnosis of MODY 12 (ABCC8).
5. Development of improvised non-invasive qualitative, quantitative glucose monitoring tattoo for T2DM patients". (in collaboration with Dr. V.S. Vasantha, Materials Science Department, School of Chemistry, MKU, Madurai).
6. Molecular Diagnosis of SNPs associated with PCOS in south Indian Women.
